The judges enjoyed the silky, almost chewy texture of this honey. The flavour was bright and lightly floral, if a little short.

Very attractive honey with a luscious thick set. The flavour is juicy with some sharp acidic notes balancing out the delicate orange blossom and floral characters. There are some light pine notes and a little light caramel . This is a family friendly honey that has some pleasurable characteristics and is not overly complex.
